Lower Antelope Canyon

There are Antelope Canyon in AZ that is composed of two different parts as lower and upper. 

Actually, I expected the Antelope will be main area to visit surely on spring break, but when I arrived there it is more fantastic place than how I expected there. First, there gave me a feel maybe here are not the real world. There are as much made of the strange beautiful rocks. Second, there are still shape of canyon change very slowly by wind. It is reason why people want to go there each time. If you want to go Grand Canyon travel. I highly recommend you have to stop by Antelope Canyon especially lower Canyon.

Back or Stay

I just brought a ticket for May 21th. This is not really excited for me, because i have back from China last summer, so this doesn't matter . One thing was happened quickly in my life, i dont know what to do, but the true is i can not go back to China on May 21th. I know I need to stay in here for the summer break unitl that thing have over. This is not what i expect, but i know i m not a child anymore, i have to stay as strong. So i decided today, i m going to cancel my ticket and stay in the United States for the summer break.

English 099 almost over!!!

Here we are almost finishing the English 099! Just 4 weeks left!!! Have you thought about the course? Did you get the most of it? Are you satisfied? I am very proud of my work and I really enjoy it. I wish we had more time to practice the essay. I am very worry if I will succeed in the english 100. But the best I can do is to try to do my best, just the way I did at 099.

I need relax.

Finally, I returned from long trip to southern part of America. I visited San francisco, Las vegas, Grand canyon. I drove at least around 2600miles during this trip and I passed through total 4 states - CA, NV, AZ and UT. Since I drove for a long time, I was extremely tired and exhausted. So, as soon as I came back trip I almost fainted and slept all day long. Even after school, I did't have any energy to review or to do homework and sleep over and over. So, I think I need to take a rest for this weekend and let me post travel pics one by one.

640,000,000 in the air !!!!!

The drawing is tonight. Can you imagine what you could do with 640,000,000. I cannot! I really would like to have some of it. In my opinion, It is a lot of money just for one person. I playes ir today and I will be more than happy if I get just 1,000,000. Let cross our fingers!

Finally! I got it!

I ordered a telescope from internet last weekend but I couldn't expect to get it before my trip. However, unexpectedly, I received it today. Although it is for beginners, I think that is enough to watch stars. Since I'm going for camping in Grand canyon national park next week, I'm so expecting to use it when I watch stars in the sky at night. I think I need to study for constellations more :)

The hunger Games Movie

Friday 23, the movie The Hunger Games will come out. Some of the critics are saying that the
movie is excellent. Others say that it is disturbing. But I really want to see
how this movie can be so good, if the story of the movie is based on: Children
between ages of 12 and 18 forced to kill each other. Do we really need more
violence in this world?

My plan!!

Finally, I decided what to do during this spring vacation. I bought a flight ticket and booked a rental car. I'm leaving to Las Vegas next Friday and going to L.A. and canyons like Grand canyon, Zion canyon, Bryce canyon, and Antelope canyon. Especially, the most expected place for me is the Antelope canyon because it is one of the 20 recommended places to go before we die. I'd like to tell you about more detail after I visit there. Let me take pictures for you and show you!  

Summer Time

I have been waiting for the summer season for longtime. The reason why i really expect this season because i can lose my weight. You know, in the winter season we couldn't do any sports at the outside, except if you pay money for the gym. For me, i do not want to spend that kind of money to do that. So summer is my favourite season ever, i can play basketball, soccer, football, and tennis. How wonderful season!

Incoming spring vacation plan

Hi, guys~!

As all of you know already, spring break is coming soon. But it is only 1 week vacation, so it is too short to make special plan like visiting home country or long term journey. Therefore, I'm thinking of traveling by car to go to other  states nearby Illinois, but I have already been to WI, IN, MI, and MN before. But those places didn't satisfy me because there is no mountain and sea. I'm looking for a place, where is close to coast and mountain and also is not very far to drive(less than 12 hrs). If you have any recommendable place, please let me know and it will be very helpful for me to make a decision. Lastly, I hope there will be no homework from Corona :)

My big problem!!

As you can see from the above picture, I weighed 155lbs when I come to the U.S in the first time. But I'm heading to almost 180lbs now. All of sudden, I have gained more than 20lbs in a year recently. Usually, I don't like fast food or junk food. Especially, I hate oily or fried foods. It is my biggest concern and I'm getting worried about my health condition. What do you think is the best way to lose weight? Give me your suggestion, please!!

China

Finally, i brought a airplane ticket this morning. I have been waiting for so long for go back to China. 2 more months later I can fianlly visitive my family and friend, and I think their must miss me so much either. Also i will buy something American fish oil to my my grandparents, and a Iphone4s to my couple of friends. Because U.S has a cheaper price than My country. Come on, May 14, I have been waiting for you as so long.

Good Friend

I met a good friend month ago, she has helped me alot for the future explanation, and told me what should I do for now. I have thought about before for give up something, but she always nice and smiled to talked to me that is wrong or i shouldn't do that. So thanks alot, and i will remmber what you have said to me, i will do my best and never give up.

What is the meaningof cool student? Help me out!!!

I have a hard time to understand the meaning of cool personin this country. When a teenager refers himself or herself as a cool person sometimes I believe that they don’t know the meaning. For me, a Cool person is that person that is sympathetic with the other and reasonable student, but it looks like for a lot of teenagers to be cool are fooling around or is the boss kid. In my perception, this is a mean and a stupid kid that he or she doesn’t know anything better and is very problematic.

Hi my friends! When I talk about something, before What is your interesting things? Today, I want to write about them. One of thing is the electronic products I love it, because that always give to me curiosity of future. When I meet with new tech products, I used to think about How this new technologies will effect for our future and what's new competitive tech will comes out. Addiction? Caffeine addiction?

While, I was living in US, I was changed of my body condition. That is because from my changed eating patterns. The coffee addiction is representative of them. When I was in my country. Maybe I drank coffee one time of week. Now? Usually, It seems to be drinking more than five cups a day. Many people can understand what's charm of coffee,but there are also much bad things maybe you guys know that.To be more serious, My body wants to caffeine that is a stronger. For example, I enjoy drinking the Redbulls and Monster these are very popular energy drinks in US. My friends are warning me about try them. Maybe I need to start considering about it..

Boutique Hotel ?

This week, I was trying to find a place to stay in Barcelona in April. When I was looking for some hotels I found some hotels that call themselves Boutique hotels. Since that I had never heard this expression before, I decide to do a research to find out the differences between a hotel and a boutique hotel. The expression Boutique hotel started in the 80 in cities like London, New York and San Francisco, but it is more popular in Europe than in the USA. Normally a Boutique hotel have themed furnishes, more style and different behave of management. A Boutique hotel most of the times are own by unique properties operated by small companies or by one owner. In the other hand, the traditional hotels have standardized furnishes, big staffs and a big number of rooms. They usually are own by big groups around the world. In the end, a Boutique hotel wants to offer to its guests an intimate environment by provision of services and personalized service. They make sure that the guest feels special.

Jeremy Lin is the first asian basketabll player in the NBA. All the asian people proud of him, because make in NBA is not a easy thing to do. Jeremy Lin do not has any special skill or body, all he does is work as hard than anyone. He is a star in the NBA right now, hopefully he could getting stronger and become a MVP in the NBA.

Weather issue!

In korea, There has been experiencing extreme cold. This is ever never experienced weather in feb. on the other hand,   Now Chicago also has experienced strange temp. people say about that is because of global warming. In fact, I have never considered about the global warming,but how much more it will affect our life that has become my new interest.

What Should I Do

I met a girl couple days ago she name is Wang. My friend john he was in the party, so he also invited me to there for introduce a girl to me. In the begining i thought that was a joke, but when i got to the place then i found out this wasn't a joke. That was so embarrassing, i dont even know what to do in that time. For now she keep texting me message everyday. Idont feel like talk to her at all, i dont know how to reject her, beacuse she told me that she want me to be her boyfriend. OMG! That is such a big joke. what should i do and which way is the better way to reject her. HELP HELP HELP GUYS. 9命啊!!!

Valentine's day legend.

According with the history, there are two Saints Valentin. Some people believe that Valentine's day came from the one that lived around 269 during the Roman Empire. The legend says that the Emperor Claudius II was more worry about his army than with family life. In his opinion, the single soldiers were better than the ones that were married. So the Emperor decided to pass a law which forbid the marriage. Even though with all this, Saint Valentin decided to confront the Emperor by performing marriage in secret. When the Emperorfound out he ordered the death of Saint Valentin. The other legend was also during the Roman Empire. This time, Saint Valentin was a simple men that use to help the children. One day, he refused to worship the Roman Gods and the Emperor decided to put him in jail. The legend is that the children used to write messages of love and hope and threw them thru the window in the cell.

Finally！

January 28, this is a good day for me to got a driver License. Fianlly i had been tried so many times for the driver test, but this is the time that i really got in successful. Thanks my friends John and Ryan, they has been taught me as well and i really appreciated. I am so happy right now, beacuse that wasn't easier for me to get a license. Becausei am an international student, so this may be little hard for me to giving more attention. This would be my third times of the driver test, that is why i said this wasn't easier. Anyway, thanks the person whoever taught me as well. Thanks You.

No more pajamas, please!!!!

When are these teenagers going to realize that pajamas are not supposed to be worn on the streets? By the way, where did this ridiculous style, if we can call this a style, start? According with the fashion dictionary, pajamas are loose fitting pants that you wear to sleep. When I see some kids walking around in pajamas to go to the mall, go to the supermarket or to the restaurant with their parents, I wonder what their parents have in the head. I agree that everybody can have their style and feel comfortable. But, please, we have to have the minimum respect for ourselves and common sense, or soon we will start to see this trend in our schools or even in the business world.
